About RateGather

A Local-Marketing Firm That Builds Its Own Software

RateGather is built and run by Piotr Komorowski. We're not a reseller bolting a dashboard onto other companies' tools, and we're not a faceless SaaS with no one to call — we write the software, and we use it to run our own clients' marketing too.

Why we built it

We got tired of paying agency markup for tools we could build

The short version of how RateGather started.

Before RateGather, we ran local SEO for hundreds of local businesses in Poland under our sister brand, LokalnyTOP — years of hands-on work getting real Google Business Profiles to rank, collecting real reviews, and publishing real content, one client at a time. And every month, like every other agency, we paid for rank trackers, review-widget platforms, and AI content tools built by somebody else — then billed our own clients a markup on top of that markup.

RateGather is what we built instead: the same rank tracking, review collection, and content automation, owned outright rather than rented from a vendor. Once it worked, we brought it to the US and started using it to run our own clients' Google Business Profiles and websites here too — which is why RateGather is both a product you can sign up for yourself, and the actual toolset behind the website builds and local SEO work we sell directly.

Our own technology

The Same Dashboard We Sell, Running Live

No mockups — these are real screens from the RateGather app, the same one behind our own client work.

Rank tracking, live

One dashboard for Google posts, reviews, and rankings

This is the screen we and our clients look at every day: a real geo-grid rank position, not a quarterly PDF. See the full feature breakdown on /features.

Reviews inbox

Every review, with an on-brand reply drafted automatically

New reviews land here and get a drafted reply within moments — approve it or let it auto-publish. Same inbox we use to manage reviews for our own client sites, including the free tools at /tools.

Proof, not a promise

One Live Client Site — Shown Honestly

We're a young shop in the US market. Rather than pad this page out with a stock-photo portfolio, here's the one live site we've built so far.

How we work

Four Things That Don't Change, Regardless of Plan

01

No contracts

Not on the app, not on the websites. Leave whenever you want.

02

Approve before you pay

On our website builds, you see the finished, live site first — you only pay once you approve it.

03

Cancel anytime

Autopilot and the monthly website plan are both month-to-month. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.

04

We use what we sell

The same dashboard that runs your Google posts, reviews, and rank tracking is what we run our own clients' sites on.
